Fractional IT project manager
A certified PM for one project or a whole portfolio, part-time or full-time, without adding headcount. You get the schedule, the budget, the vendors and the executive reporting handled.
IT project & program management
IT project leadership for growing organizations. Microsoft 365, cloud moves, security readiness and the PMO to keep it on track, with one accountable lead and plain-English status.

Services
Every service comes from programs I've led for large organizations, scaled to fit a team that doesn't have a PMO of its own.
A certified PM for one project or a whole portfolio, part-time or full-time, without adding headcount. You get the schedule, the budget, the vendors and the executive reporting handled.
One intake, one status rhythm, one set of templates. Or step into a stalled project and get it moving again.
Intune and Autopilot device setup, Teams Voice and Rooms, with the user communications that make adoption stick.
Data center exits, AWS migrations, and separating companies after a divestiture, with honest cost models.
Facilitate a NIST CSF 2.0 assessment, turn gaps into a funded roadmap, and test your continuity plan with tabletops.
Evaluate Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools before you buy: the risks, the use cases that actually pay off, the licensing cost, and a recommendation your executives can act on.
How an engagement runs
You never sign up for more than the next phase, and each one ends with something you can use even if we stop there.
You describe the problem; I tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
Stakeholders, current state, risks, and a written plan with options and costs.
Weekly status, a live RAID log, and steering meetings your executives want to attend.
Documentation, lessons learned and an owner for everything, so your team runs it after I leave.
Every meeting, every week
I facilitate rather than dictate: get the right people in the room and draw the answer out of the experts. Every meeting ends with the same five-part record, so nobody leaves wondering what was decided.
About
Fifteen years running projects, most recently leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security and Microsoft 365 programs across the US, Canada and Latin America.
I do my best work where teams overlap: engineers, vendors and executives who all need to land on one plan, and users who need to hear the same message about what's changing. I've helped build an enterprise IT PMO and mentored project managers through their PMP.
For larger engagements I bring in trusted specialists, and you always keep one accountable lead.
